Terms Of Service
This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between the artist and the client for the commission of an artwork. By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to abide by the following terms: Breaching any of the terms described will result in rejection and/or blacklisting!
▪ General Terms
▪ Usage of work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms or purposes is strictly prohibited.▪ Artists reserve the right to decline requests for any reason.▪ By commissioning an artist, the client agrees that the work will be in the respective artist's style, such as proportions, colors, and any other artistic choices.▪ The client may not trace, remove, edit, or alter the artist's signature in any form from the work. This is due to the crescent amount of art stealing. For mine and the clients art protection.▪ The client must be 18 or older and legally able to commit to an agreement to make this agreement on their behalf. I won't work with minors, you will be blocked.▪ The agreement date is upon the first inquiry, communication, or transaction.
▪ Fan Artwork Terms
▪ Usage of work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms, or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms or purposes is strictly prohibited.▪ Use as icons, banners, backgrounds, is allowed as long credit to me is given.▪ Reposting is NOT allowed! I have plenty of social to post at, I don't need people using my work.▪ Don't contact me for asking commercial or mercantile use of my fan artwork.▪ The viewer may not trace, remove, edit, or alter my signature in any form from the work.
▪ Commission Terms
▪ I currently not accepting nsfw commissions!▪ I have the right to display, advertising, printing, the work on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e., Twitch), and more. Unless if paid for Private commission.▪ Personal use means: display on social media accounts with no direct monetization. Such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in the content of these websites or channels.▪ The client must not claim the work as their own and must credit the artist using their social tag, username, or link at the time of display of the work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels, and so on. The client must not edit or modify the work in any way without prior permission from the artist.▪ Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified in the commission type or listing on the artist’s website or as agreed upon.▪ Commercial rights: means usage of Work on streams, videos, and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.▪ Additional charges will be required for commercial commissions, typically +200% more of the original cost. Depends the commission type mostly.▪ Rush fee is +15% !▪ If the client requires an Hidden\Private work, a privatization fee may incur. I mostly just ask the commission fee payment for but this may change in future!
